You’re invited to join the Taos Plein Air Painters and Friends on September 18–19 to celebrate the enduring beauty of Taos Valley, generations of creators, and the cultural heritage that continues to shape a vibrant cultural community. Encompassing timeless Native and Hispano traditions to contemporary expressions, the valley remains a place where art, landscape, and heritage inspire one another.

During the Paint Out, you can watch more than a dozen artists painting outdoors, enjoy the gardens, tour the Couse and Sharp studios, learn from a still-life painting demonstration, and even purchase and take home some of the newly created artwork!
